THE RESERVIOR

Planning permission for the unique conversion of a 1950s disused water reservoir into a private dwelling nestled in High Weald Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty (AONB).  The 15m dia. water reservoir was the first to be constructed in the UK using the ‘Preload’ system of the circumferential pre-stressing of concrete.

The proposed house features a curved staircase around a central planted atrium, 4 bedrooms and double height glazed windows with views out over the AONB.
